GitLab ramps up channel and partner investment with launch of new partner program

Today Amazic, a trusted supplier and solution advisor for partners, announced they have joined forces with GitLab, the single application for the DevOps lifecycle, to accelerate DevOps practice buildout and go-to-market for EMEA system integrator and reseller partners.

For partners seeking to extend or establish their DevOps market leadership, the combination of Amazic’s advisory, business development, and demand generation engine, and GitLab’s leadership in the DevOps, DevSecOps and GitOps markets, will be a force-multiplier to accelerate Partner and customer success in a market with an estimated USD $15b TAM, and a CAGR that exceeds 20%.

As a key part of many customer’s digital transformations, successful DevOps requires uniting people, processes, and technology to deliver better applications faster. Using the foundation of GitLab’s Partner Program, and an engagement framework proven for partner success, Amazic and GitLab are pleased to offer a limited number of partners an opportunity to join their DevOps Jump Start initiative.

“Software and applications are now the heart of any business and the basis for digital transformation, innovation and efficiency,” says Mohamed Yassini, CEO Amazic Group. “GitLab will be at the centre of our complementary portfolio of integrated tools and services which allow teams to work better together using a united workflow and bridging silos and stages to deliver more value to our channel partners and their customers with less friction and much faster. With the addition of GitLab to our offerings, we can now help our channel partners with their customers’ software innovation challenges by offering a full cloud- and infrastructure independent enterprise CI/CD solution with governance, control, and speed.”

“As businesses evolve their DevOps practices with a maturing lifecycle, we want to create an ecosystem of partners that can work together to create greater value for the customer,” said Michelle Hodges, vice president of global channels at GitLab. “Amazic’s success in helping build our channel via a robust set of offerings for partner success made them the ideal Distributor Partner to accelerate the growth of our partner program, building high-value services for customers.”
